Why a record is kept
These details support review of the appliance enquiry and any related correspondence. Submission does not send an automatic email or create a booking. Records stay in this site’s enquiry files until manually removed; there is no automatic deletion schedule.
Browser and technical information
The preparation checklist stores its ticked items in your browser. A short-lived hashed network identifier is used to limit rapid repeated submissions. Hosting services may keep ordinary access logs. This site includes no advertising trackers or external analytics.

Use the contact form to request access, correction or removal, and include the enquiry reference if available. Use the email associated with the record. A request may require a proportionate identity check before private information is disclosed or changed.
